Three brothers — Roger, William and Mark, sons of William Haskell and Elinor Foule of Charlton Musgrove, Somerset — sailed for Massachusetts in the 1630s. Most Haskells in North America descend from one of them. This association keeps their record: a journal three times a year, reunions on both sides of the Atlantic, and a genealogical database of more than 230,000 names.

Reunions
The Haskell Family Reunion returns to Massachusetts in 2025 with tours, luncheons, and dinners among historic family sites. Reunions have been held since 1989 across the United States, Canada, and England.
